Laureate 2012. Marina Bakulina founded the first Development Center for the kids in Tumen Region in 2004 which was called Stupenki. Today there are three such centers with profounding speech therapy subjects. 0ver 600 children had received high quality assistance and help in developing skills, education and treatment.
Maria is a winner of two All-Russian contests in such nominations as Social Responsible Business and The best kindergarten.
Sanitary standards for preschool educational institutions have been changed due to recommendations of Maria.
