Laureate 2013. In 2011 Irina Serbina founded School Of Social Entrepreneurship in Omsk. The first Center of innovation in social Field in Russia was founded under School of Social Entrepreneurship. Two years ago such schools were founded in 7 Russian Regions. Today School of Social Entrepreneurship collaborates with Ministry of Labour and Social development in Omsk Region. Social problems in the region are being solved collaboratively. The schoold prepares leaders of social enterprise business.
