Laureate 2013. Marina is a founder of Fillipok and GARDEN BIILDING projects. This model is applied in 42 kindergartens in 15 regions.100 children are educated. Unique educational point of this model is collaboration of government, developers, entrepreneurs and parents. Kindergarten is given a territory from the developer, government donates parents. As a result private preschool education is available for everyone. Today Marina tries to improve the standards of public private partnership in the field of preschool education.
