Alexey Smirnov is the Head of ROSTa Institute and a founder of projects for pre-school education. Since 2008 projects branded as “Baby-Life” are realized in Volga and Ural Federal Districts. The novelty of laurent’s projects lays in componding of possibilities and needs of municipal authorities and customers. The projects are intended to provide educational services, such as abandoning capital outlays when opening kindergartens and primary schools, solving the task of vacancies for children in pre-school organizations, the possibility of infant education.
